Javier Romero

Javier Romero began their work experience in 2018 as an Aircraft Technician at TARMAC AEROSAVE, where they worked for two months. In 2019, they joined PLD Space as a Maintenance and Operations Technician for Propulsion Installations. In this role, they managed the electrical, mechanical, and control system maintenance at the PLD SPACE testing plant. Javier also carried out the assembly and integration of rocket engines and the mechanical integration of the avionics bay.

Javier Romero's education history begins in 2014 when they attended IES Vega del Turia and pursued a Bachillerato de Ciencias y Tecnología degree. Javier then went on to Centro Integrado Público de Formación Profesional de Cheste from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Grado Superior de Mantenimiento de Aviónica degree in the field of Mecánica y mantenimiento de aeronaves/Mecánica aeronáutica.

In 2018, they enrolled at IES Segundo de Chomón and completed their Grado Superior de Mantenimiento de Aeromecánica degree in the same field of study.

Additionally, in 2018, Javier attended Real Aeroclub de Zaragoza where they completed a Curso Teórico Avanzado de Aeronaves Pilotadas por Control Remoto "RPA" and obtained a qualification as a Piloto de RPA. Javier also completed a Curso Radiofonista para piloto de "RPA" and a Curso Práctico de RPA de menos de 5kg, further enhancing their skills in this field.
