Abigail O'Brien FCIPD MA is the Chief People Officer at Plenitude Consulting since January 2025, where the firm specializes in Financial Crime Compliance advisory and related services. Prior to this role, Abigail held several senior positions at Ryan, including Director of the People Group for Europe and Asia Pacific, where leadership focused on strategic talent management and M&A integration across multiple countries. Abigail has extensive HR experience, having also worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Hyundai Merchant Marine and as an HR & Recruitment Advisor at Petrofac. Abigail's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich and various CIPD qualifications.
