Katrina Mellor

Katrina Mellor began their work experience in 2010 as a Manager at Macquarie Group, where they worked until 2016. Katrina then joined TAL Australia in 2016 as the Head of Business Integration, responsible for establishing TAL's first offshore voice team and serving as the Product Owner for the enterprise workflow solution. In 2019, Katrina joined MetLife Australia as the Head of Delivery for a brief period before assuming the role of Head of Business Services until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Plenti, where they are involved in building Australia's best lender, offering faster and fairer loans.

Katrina Mellor began their education journey in 2007 at the University of Technology Sydney, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Katrina attended the university from 2007 to 2009. Following this, in 2012, Katrina enrolled at Curtin University for a period of two years, until 2014. During this time, they studied Public Health, although specific details of the degree attained were not provided. Finally, in 2018, Katrina joined the AGSM @ UNSW Business School to pursue an Executive MBA, which they completed in 2021. The field of study for their Executive MBA was not specified.
