Rob Crowley

Rob Crowley has extensive work experience in HR and people management. Rob currently serves as the People Director at Plentific since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Metro Bank (UK) as the People Director, leading the integration of RateSetter into MetroBank from May 2021 to December 2021. Prior to Metro Bank, Rob was the HR Director at RateSetter, where they built a People team and aligned them behind a strong purpose, vision, values, and goals from February 2017 to April 2021. Rob also held the position of Head of People and Talent at Nutmeg, where they created and implemented the people strategy and set up the HR function from February 2015 to February 2017. Earlier in their career, Rob held various HR roles at UK-based FinTech Company, Antenna International, Thomson Reuters, Fidessa, Pearson, and Accenture.

Rob Crowley completed their education between 1994 and 1997 at the University of Surrey, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Sports Science (Roehampton). In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Day Skipper and ICC from the Royal Yachting Association in August 2014, and in FA Coaching Level 1 from The Football Association in November 2011.
