Sr. Software Engineer II at Plex Systems

Irina Ziegler has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Irina started their career at RGIS in 1994 as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed applications to monitor data integrity and made enhancements to data generating systems. Irina served as a Project Leader during the design and development of customer-specific inventory programs. In 1999, they moved to Compuware as a Software Engineer, collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues and participating in prototype reviews. Irina then joined RGIS again in 2000 as a Software Engineering Manager and Lead Architect in the R&E Department, where they were responsible for 20+ enterprise applications and their integration. Irina also identified business process improvement needs and established methods to optimize existing processes. In 2013, Irina joined Plex, by Rockwell Automation, as a Sr. Software Engineer. Irina worked on various projects, including the development of customer account management tools and a React Components Library for the main Plex Cloud application. Irina also established best practices for code developed by partners and was a member of the Plex UX Framework team. In 2015, they became a Software Engineering Manager, leading the development efforts to redesign a VisionPlex application and facilitating Scrum events.

Irina Ziegler holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information System Engineering from Oakland University. Irina also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from Walsh College. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Yaroslavl Demidov State University.
