Ron Pascuzzi

Ron Pascuzzi, Chief Customer Officer of Plex Systems, leads the customer success and services organization. With more than two decades leading global service businesses for software companies, Ron brings deep expertise on how to help manufacturers realize value from their technology investments. Ron draws his service leadership and customer experience with enterprise software, IOT, and cloud implementations from a long tenure leading professional services and managed services at PTC. Ron holds an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
