Patty Gough is the current Head of Customer Experience & Support at Pley. Patty has previous experience as a Customer Service Manager at Live365, Page Mage, and RedOctane. Patty has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Patty is responsible for creating and maintaining all dashboards and relevant metrics needed to evaluate performance, as well as best practice strategies across all aspects of customer service including training materials, customer service touch points, retention strategies, and other aspects of the customer service experience. Patty also works closely with QA and technical teams to diagnose and address customer issues, create and maintain full documentation on customer service research, and expand customer service reach into new areas that will have a positive revenue impact.
