The Customer Success team at Ploomes is responsible for ensuring clients maximize the value from their sales automation system. This includes onboarding, training, ongoing support, and strategic guidance to help clients optimize CRM, sales funnel, proposal automation, and sales order processes. The team also manages relationships with partners to enhance overall customer and partner success.
