Rachel Soon

Rachel Soon has diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel is currently working as a Partner Success Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center, a startup accelerator and venture capital investor. Rachel co-founded SISU in 2021 and worked as a Co-Founder until 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked at IAG as a Venture Builder in Firemark Labs, where they led the Firemark Accelerate program and provided strategic advisory to startups. Rachel also worked as a Senior BD Analyst in the COO Office at Sea and as a Development Partner at Enterprise Singapore. Rachel gained experience in international strategy and business development at Boeing. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Gratify Distributors and interned at BreadTalk Group Ltd. Rachel has a strong background in entrepreneurship, innovation, and partnership management.

Rachel Soon received their education at several institutions. From 2009-2010, they attended Hwa Chong Institution, where they participated in the Humanities Programme (HP). In 2011-2016, they pursued concurrent degrees at the National University of Singapore, earning a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a focus on Communication and Media Studies, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
