Director, SAP Operations Integration at Plug Power

Chris Stump has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Process Systems Engineer for Fluor, focusing on the design of facility systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes. In 1999, they joined Plug Power as a Commodity Leader & Supplier Quality Engineer. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Supply Chain Manager at DynaBil Industries. Following that, Chris worked as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Ducommun Aerostructures from 2007 to 2009. Chris then joined NYSERDA as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing energy efficiency programs for commercial and industrial clients until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, Chris held the role of Vice President - Manufacturing Sub-Market Leader at CHA Consulting, where they were responsible for business development and client relationships. Currently, they are employed by Plug Power as the Director of SAP Operations Integration, leading the implementation of a new ERP platform across the company's manufacturing facilities.

Chris Stump obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering Science from Dutchess Community College from 1990 to 1992. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Chris then completed their education by earning an MBA in Operations Management from the University at Albany, SUNY, between 2002 and 2005.
