Matthew Savoie's work experience includes several roles at different companies.

Matthew'sroles at SABIC spanned from November 2008 to August 2021.

As Turnaround Manager, they focused on implementing a new Turnaround work process and achieved a significant reduction in Turnaround scope. As the Early Identification Program Coordinator, they successfully expanded the yearly hiring for the program, providing increased resources for the site's goals and objectives. In their role as a Production Capability Leader, they led the production teams in Chemical Operations, achieving impressive daily yields. As Process Availability Leader, they analyzed Asset Availability reports and identified areas for improvement, participating in RCA studies and providing recommendations. As a Process Engineer, they supported Compounding and Chemical Operations, delivering solutions and driving profitability. Lastly, during their time in the Operations Development Program, they completed rotations in various roles and successfully executed a project generating $1 million of new revenue.
