Nidhi Shah

Nidhi Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Nidhi recently joined Plug Power in April 2022 as the Director of Cryo Product Development. Prior to that, they worked at Applied Cryo Technologies for 8 years as an Engineering Manager, specializing in Cryo Product Development. Before that, they held two roles at Cryogenic Vessel Alternatives, Inc., serving as an Engineering Manager from July 2011 to February 2014 and as a Mechanical Design Engineer from February 2008 to June 2011. Nidhi began their career as a Graduate Student at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they studied from August 2006 to December 2008.

Nidhi Shah began their education at Little Flower from 1987 to 1999. Nidhi then attended M. K Higher Secondary, GLS from 1999 to 2001, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Nidhi pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at U.V.Patel College of Engineering in India from 2001 to 2005. Afterwards, they went on to earn their Master's degree in Industrial Technology and Operations Management with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008.
