Lead Financial Analyst at Plug Power

Ryan Daigneault began their work experience as a Gameroom Attendant Supervisor at Chuck E. Cheese's from April 2011 to July 2013. Ryan then worked as an Analyst at Current Assets / LPL Financial for a brief period in April 2015. In March 2015, they joined the Siena Student Senate Audit Team as a Financial Analyst, where they audited transaction data and produced expense reports for various clubs until April 2016. From May 2013 to June 2016, Ryan worked as a Bartender / Server at UNO Restaurants, LLC, focusing on providing exceptional service to build a base of regular customers.

In 2015, Ryan joined Momentive as a Treasury Intern, managing cash, debt, liquidity, and working on process improvement projects. Ryan also served as a Global Tax Intern, working with a team to meet corporate tax needs and handle communication with tax authorities.

In 2016, Ryan worked as an IT Advisory Intern at KPMG and as an Advisory Intern - Regulatory Compliance at KPMG US until July 2018. During their time at Siena College Research Institute (SCRI), they served as a Data Analysis Intern, where they managed projects, created reports, and developed internal tools. Ryan later became a Student Coordinator, taking on increased responsibility and developing a training program for future coordinators.

From July 2018 to October 2021, Ryan worked as a Financial Analyst - FP&A at AngioDynamics, focusing on financial planning and analysis. At Plug Power, they held the role of Senior Financial Reporting Analyst from October 2021 to May 2023, where they managed FP&A and S&OP activities. Ryan also played a key role in process redesign and achieved material weakness remediation. Currently, Ryan is serving as a Lead Financial Analyst at Plug Power.

Ryan Daigneault completed their education with a Master's degree in Accounting from Siena College, which they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from the same institution, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Ryan's secondary education was at Cohoes High School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned an Advanced Regents Diploma. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certification in "Protecting Human Research Participants" from the National Institutes of Health in October 2016.
