Vaibhav Phapale has over 10 years of work experience in the field of engineering and instrumentation. VAIBHAV currently serves as a Principal Engineer at Plug Power since June 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Design Engineer at CECO Environmental Corporation from November 2020 to November 2022. VAIBHAV has also worked as a Design Engineer- E&I at Frames from March 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Design Engineer Instrumentation at Ador Welding Ltd. from July 2015 to March 2018.
