Rainier Morilla

Rainier Morilla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2008, Rainier worked as an Auxiliar de Informática at Fundação Renascer, where they were responsible for web design and worked on projects such as IGospel and Gideão da Conquista. Rainier held this position until December 2009.

From December 2009 to November 2010, Rainier worked as an Oracle Database Administrator at SWB, focusing on PL/SQL development, tuning queries, providing support to developers, and performing database monitoring and migration tasks.

In 2012, Rainier joined Trivale - Vale Card as an Oracle Database Administrator, where they were responsible for maintaining and installing Oracle databases (versions 10g and 11g), performing backup and recovery operations using RMAN, and providing tuning and support for the database. Rainier worked in this role until November 2012.

Later in 2012, Rainier joined Prodaub - Processamento de Dados de Uberlândia as an Oracle Database Administrator. Rainier played a crucial role in supporting, optimizing, and ensuring the proper functioning of all databases belonging to the city hall, including health, sanitation, and taxation databases. Rainier left this position in August 2014.

From 2015 to 2018, Rainier worked at TIVIT as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator. Rainier worked on various projects, both as a project lead and as part of dedicated squads. Rainier'sresponsibilities included installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases with features such as RAC - Real Application Cluster and Grid Computing, Dataguard, RMAN - Recovery Manager, and Oracle Data Pump.

In 2018, Rainier started their own consulting business under the name Rainier Morilla. As a consultant, they provided services in Design, Digital Marketing, Content Production, and Project Management. Some of their notable projects included Formula de Lançamento, Art Direction for brand identities, podcast recording, editing, and post-production, project management for online course recording, editing, and publication, and production of advertising materials for social media. Rainier worked in this role until February 2021.

In March 2021, Rainier joined ValeCard as an Agile Coach until May 2022. Rainier played a vital role in coaching the organization on Agile methodologies.

Most recently, Rainier joined Plugify in April 2022 as a Product Manager, where they currently work.

Rainier Morilla attended FIAP from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Tecnológico Em Banco de Dados, specializing in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. Rainier also obtained various certifications, including Agile with Atlassian Jira from Atlassian in January 2022, DevOps & Agile Culture from FIAP in December 2021, and EF SET English Certificate 77/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in December 2021. Rainier holds several other certifications in fields such as Leadership Communication, Scrum Product Ownership, and Management 3.0. In addition, they received certifications from renowned institutes like the University of California, Irvine, University of Pennsylvania, and Oracle in subjects ranging from project management to database administration.
