Shruti Royyuru

Shruti Royyuru has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shruti started their career as a System Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from October 2009 to September 2011. Shruti then worked at the Indian School of Business as an Associate - International Business Development, where they developed and managed client relations, conducted market research, and enhanced market presence from December 2011 to August 2013.

After that, Shruti joined Callcredit Information Group as a Consultant (MBA Project) from July 2014 to September 2014. There, they developed strategic partnerships, studied cross-channel consumer behavior, and analyzed the digital marketing environment.

Shruti then worked as a Business Growth Strategist at marketing punch, where they established strategic partnerships, optimized digital marketing campaigns, and improved product offerings from October 2014 to July 2015.

Shruti furthered their career at WealthObjects as a Project Manager from September 2015 to June 2017. Shruti successfully led marketing and product development activities, making WealthObjects one of the top 100 FinTech firms in the UK and Europe. Shruti also led the rollout of the web application to a leading investment management firm in the Netherlands.

From June 2017 to February 2018, Shruti worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC India. Shruti tracked FinTech trends, built a community of FinTech startups, and contributed to the growth of the FinTech industry.

Shruti then joined Zappyhire as a Program Manager from May 2020 to March 2021, where they managed program operations.

Currently, Shruti Royyuru is working at Plume Design, Inc. Shruti started as a Program Manager in March 2021 before being promoted to Principal Program Manager in March 2022. In their current role, they lead strategic planning for OpenSync, sets processes and frameworks, and provides leadership visibility into projects.

Shruti Royyuru obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2005 and 2009. Shruti also completed their schooling at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Public School from 1991 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "Content Strategy for Professionals 1: Engaging Audiences for Your Organization" from Northwestern University in 2015.
