Amber M Van Horn has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, serving in various leadership roles at prominent companies. At Pluralsight since January 2017, Amber holds the position of SVP, Global People Business Partners, and has previously served as VP, People Business Partners, and Head of People Operations & Technology. Prior to Pluralsight, Amber was Head of HR Operations, Systems & Analytics at inContact and held multiple HR roles at Adobe from November 2011 to February 2016, including Talent Development Manager and HR Manager. Amber's career began at Intel Corporation, where extensive contributions were made from November 2000 to October 2011, including roles as Human Resources Business Partner and HR Project Manager. Throughout this career, Amber has focused on strategic consulting, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence.
