RESPONSIBILITES:

Design, develop, build and evaluate high impact solutions using best practices to solve customers’ diverse challenges across the department of defense and national security landscape
Interact with the customer directly to understand their business problems, help with identifying pain points and solutions that meet their needs at all phases of their cloud journey
Work collaboratively with other consultants, participating in daily scrum activities and related ceremonies
Write documentation in the form of runbooks, diagrams, and other relevant material that supports customer requirements and deliverables
Travel up to 25% possible

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Experience with IT implementation in the public sector, Department of Defense, and/or national security industry; or equivalent
Experience developing full stack web applications
Experience managing UX design and rapid prototyping
API design and development
Knowledge of HTML and CSS, integration with various SaaS offerings (e.g. ServiceNow)
Customer facing skills with ability to drive discussions with customer engineers as well as senior stakeholder

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, and Java
At least 3+ years of experience delivering modern technology stacks, software development, and software engineering practices
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field. Equivalent experience considered
