Jimmy Chiou

Jimmy Chiou has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jimmy has held various positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise and skills. Their most recent role was as a Senior IT Manager at Paramount, where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior IT Manager at Pluto TV starting in April 2022. Before joining Paramount and Pluto TV, they worked at UpKeep from February 2021 to April 2022, also as a Senior IT Manager.

From 2018 to 2021, Jimmy held different roles at FloQast. Jimmy started as a Senior IT Support Engineer in March 2018 and transitioned to become an IT Manager in April 2019, holding the position until February 2021.

Earlier in their career, Jimmy worked at various companies gaining valuable experience. Jimmy served as a Senior Support Engineer at i.am+ from December 2017 to March 2018, a Support Technician at TrueCar, Inc. from September 2016 to December 2017, and an IT Contractor at Remote Year from July 2016 to August 2016.

Jimmy Chiou has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology, which they obtained from Virginia Tech. Jimmy attended Virginia Tech from 2006 to 2010 and was part of the Pamplin College of Business. In 2008, they briefly studied International Business at the Burgundy School of Business - BSB. Apart from their degree, Jimmy also has additional certifications, including #Gratitude from FloQast in July 2018, JAMF CCT from Jamf in August 2017, and ServiceNow Systems Administrator from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company in January 2016.
