Mary Boyd

Mary is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plymouth Rock’s Independent Agency Group. She oversees all Independent Agency operations across the six states in which Plymouth Rock does business.

Previously, Mary was an executive at The Hartford Insurance Company, where she held multiple senior leadership positions, most recently heading its personal lines agency and personal lines direct channels. She brings independent agency experience, along with deep expertise in strategy, product management, predictive analytics and affinity marketing. Prior to joining The Hartford, she spent 15 of her 25 years in the industry working in roles at ACE and Chubb.

Mary has Bachelor degrees in both Applied Mathematics and Economics from Rutgers University. She is married with a grown daughter and in her spare time, loves sports and spending time with family and friends.
