Karen Walker

Karen Walker has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. Karen began their career at Bryan Foods in 1995, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Karen worked as the Director of Human Resources at Sara Lee Corporation. Following that, they joined The Prism Group as a Consultant from 2004 to 2007. Currently, Karen is employed at Plymouth Tube Company, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2023. Karen has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Human Resources Manager, starting in September 2022.

Karen Walker attended Mississippi State University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and General Business. In September 2020, Karen obtained two additional certifications: SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
