Monali Dhavaskar

Monali Dhavaskar has a diverse work experience. Monali is currently a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), India since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PMC Retail starting in 2009. At PMC Retail, they held various roles including Country Head, India, Head of Service Desk, Head of Strategic Projects, and Financial Controller. Before joining PMC Retail, Monali worked at K.C. Mehta & Co. as a Manager from 2006 to 2009. Monali also worked as a Consultant at Ajanta Toothbrush from 2005 to 2006, and as a Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2004 to 2005.

Monali Dhavaskar completed their education in a chronological manner. Monali first attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. Concurrently, they also studied at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they earned a master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a focus on Accounting in the same year. Later, in 2011, Monali pursued further studies in Accounting and Finance and completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
