Cindy currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PMG, a global independent digital company. Prior to joining PMG, Cindy worked at Capgemini as a Principal, Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2022. Cindy also had a significant tenure at Accenture, where they served as the North American Director, Digital Talent Acquisition from 2013 to 2018.
Cindy's earlier experiences include working at Acquity Group as the National Director of Executive and Strategic Search from 2007 to 2013, and as an Independent Executive Recruiter & Strategist where they focused on executive recruiting for various clients including Wolfson Microelectronics, Broadcom, Morgan Stanley, and SmartDraw.com.
Cindy also held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiting at Expedia/Hotels.com from 2004 to 2006, and Director of Executive & Technical Recruiting at Wingcast, a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Qualcomm, from 2000 to 2002.
Additionally, Cindy worked at Whittman-Hart twice, first from 1996 to 1998 where they opened their Dallas branch, and later from 1998 to 2000 where they focused on executive recruiting and evaluating recruiting challenges at various branches.
