Kourtney Benda

Kourtney Benda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their current position is Director, People & Culture at PMG, which they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief of Staff / PMO, People & Culture at PMG from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining PMG, Kourtney worked at Epsilon for a significant part of their career. Their roles at Epsilon included Sr. Manager, HR Operations from April 2020 to June 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations. Kourtney also served as the Special Project: HR Integration PMO from June 2019 to April 2020, leading the integration of all HR functions during Epsilon's acquisition by Publicis Groupe. Kourtney also served as the Learning & Organizational Development Partner from November 2018 to June 2019, focusing on performance management and implementing talent solutions. Prior to this, they were the Manager, Learning & Development from January 2016 to November 2018, managing Epsilon's New Grad Program. Kourtney started their journey at Epsilon as a Learning & Development Specialist, New Grad Program Manager from November 2012 to January 2016 and as a Training Coordinator from June 2010 to November 2012.

Before Epsilon, Kourtney worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at AAA from 2009 to 2010. Kourtney also gained early career experience as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2009.

Kourtney Benda completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance at Texas Christian University from 2002 to 2006. Kourtney also obtained a certification in Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in 2013.
