Brian Williamson, Ed.D. has a wealth of experience in the field of strategic consulting and executive coaching. Brian began their career in 1996 as an Information Systems Analyst at DATAHR Rehabilitation Institute. In 1997, they joined Praxair, Inc. as a Project Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis and later held the roles of Project Manager in Accounting & Operations and Project Manager in JD Edwards OTC Implementation. In 2012, they joined Western Connecticut Health Network as an IT Business Process Manager in Finance & General Administration. In 2017, they moved to Avaap as an Executive Director in the PMO. In 2021, they joined Apex Systems as a Director of Consulting Services. In this role, they are responsible for engaging in regular strategic dialogue with a broad group of senior executives to help stakeholders adapt to the unexpected and successfully navigate the complexities associated with strategic business execution, purpose-led strategy, business model reinvention, and organizational transformative change.

Brian Williamson, Ed.D. has an extensive educational background. Brian obtained a Doctor of Education - EdD in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University between 2018 and 2021. Brian also holds a Master of Science - MS in Information Systems Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science - MS in Management of Technology from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Brian also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS from Post University between 1993 and 1994, and an Associate's Degree from Art Institute of Philadelphia between 1991 and 1993.
