Maxwell Julius is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President - Senior Learning & Development Manager at PNC since March 2014, Maxwell oversees initiatives that enhance the skills and productivity of a diverse workforce of over 25,000 individuals. Previous roles include Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where Maxwell specialized in sales training and branch management, and a tenure at IBC Bank focusing on sales management and customer relationship development.
