Zoran Dzeletovic

Zoran Dzeletovic is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and managing quality operations. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead at PNC since August 2023, Zoran has previously held the position of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at Smith Micro Software, Inc. from January 2008 to November 2022, where oversight of a global QA organization of over 110 engineers was a key responsibility. Zoran's earlier roles include QA and IT Team Leader at PCTEL, Inc. and Network Manager / QA Lead at cyberPIXIE, emphasizing team development, QA policy collaboration, and the management of network infrastructures. Zoran holds a degree in IT Engineering, Business Informatics from Belgrade Business School in Serbia.
