Usha K is an experienced quality assurance professional with a solid background in automation testing and software development. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Lead at United Airlines since June 2023, Usha previously held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer Test at CWT, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining automation test suites and conducting performance testing. Usha's earlier roles as a QA Automation Engineer at Savant Systems and Express Scripts involved the use of Selenium WebDriver and Java for testing web applications, with a focus on agile methodologies. Usha began a career in QA Automation at Yapstone, following the attainment of a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU.
