As the Director of On-Board Services, Operations & Partnerships at P&O Ferries since September 2023, Mark oversees all ship operations and a team of over 500, focusing on strategic planning and revenue growth across key ferry routes. Previously, Mark held various positions including Director at Mark Ashley, where support was offered to businesses in performance solutions and strategy; Director of Retail Operations at Geronimo Inns, achieving significant EBITDA improvements; and UK Chief Operating Officer at Virgin Active, where a £195m revenue strategy was implemented.
