Victoria Guarisse

Victoria Guarisse is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at both Poatek and WillowTree, Victoria collaborates with leadership teams across various technical domains and has implemented innovative Coaching Plan programs to support employee performance. Previously, Victoria held positions as a Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Analyst at Kobe, and gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Sullab Diagnósticos. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a certificate in Global Human Resources Management from UC Irvine.
