Lauren Desoiza

Lauren DeSoiza has a diverse background in customer support and management roles. Lauren is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Support at Podium since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HubSpot from 2014 to 2022, holding various positions such as Senior Director of Customer Support, Director of Customer Support, Interim Global Vice President of Customer Support, Head of North American Customer Support, Customer Support Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager. Lauren has also worked at Babson College as an Assistant Manager of Recruiting and Branding from 2011 to 2014. In their roles, they have demonstrated skills in team management, strategic advising, customer relationship management, and program management.

Lauren DeSoiza completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Quantitative Methods from Babson College between 2006 and 2010.
