Zach Vance

Zach Vance has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zach most recently served as the Head of Platform and Product Partnerships at Podium, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Platform Partnerships at Podium from October 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Podium, Zach founded and worked as a Consultant at Trepplan Consulting since August 2015. Zach helped companies accelerate growth by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, improving operations, and executing playbooks across sales, partnerships, account management, and customer success. Additionally, they launched a SaaS solution called Treplan.com to facilitate healthy revenue growth at scale.

From October 2019 to October 2020, Zach worked for Klarna as part of the Global Platform Partnerships team.

In their earlier years, Zach served as a Green Beret Detachment Commander in the Army Special Forces (Airborne) from January 2013 to December 2017. Zach gained expertise in strategic planning, operations, team building, and problem-solving while working closely with senior military and political leaders.

Zach also held roles at Infusionsoft, where they served as a Business Manager for Growth Services from January 2016 to April 2017, responsible for launching and growing new products and services. Zach successfully launched the Infusionsoft Payments business into a multi-million dollar venture. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Business Development professional from July 2014 to January 2016, focusing on driving growth through partnerships and new payment products.

Earlier in their career, Zach worked as the VP of Operations and Development at We Are Novo from June 2011 to May 2014.

Zach also served as an Operations Officer in the Army National Guard from May 2007 to January 2013.
