Rafael Weiss

Rafael Weiss has gained extensive experience in front-end engineering throughout their career. Rafael currently holds the position of Senior Front End Engineer at Podopolo since 2023. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they served as a Senior Front End Engineer at Anytime Fitness, where they developed a new version of their main application, focusing on the coach dashboard. Rafael was responsible for creating new features for the chat component, profile page, and workouts section.

From 2021 to 2022, Rafael worked as a Senior Front End Engineer at Loadsmart, where they contributed to the development of the RFP Guide, assisting shippers in selecting the best carrier. Rafael delivered four significant project milestones and made improvements to their API calls and CSS destructuring.

Before that, Rafael held the role of Front-end Tech Lead at BYNE from 2020 to 2021. In this position, they guided the team in a new path to web development, wrote a comprehensive front-end guide, and oversaw the creation of the company's first MVP website.

In 2020, they also served as a Senior Front-end Developer at TradersClub, a social network for sharing trading ideas in the stock market. Rafael'sresponsibilities mainly focused on the Stocks Wallet page.

Rafael's career began in 2017 as a Junior Front-end Developer at InCeres, a company specializing in precision agriculture systems. Rafael played a key role in redesigning existing interfaces and developing new projects.

Starting in 2019 and continuing until 2020, Rafael worked as a Front-end Developer at Árvore Educação, an educational app that aims to improve reading in schools. Rafael contributed to various platforms, including the editors panel and user management panel, and created numerous pages and components for web and mobile.

Rafael Weiss attended the Noble Work Foundation from 2012 to 2015, where they studied Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as the HackerRank Problem Solving Certificate from HackerRank in September 2020 and the Certified React Tester with Jest and Enzyme from Udemy in September 2019.
