Dominic Balestrieri, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominic is currently employed at Point B as a Resource Manager, where they are responsible for managing supply and demand by determining the best staffing solution for each engagement. Prior to this role, Dominic worked as a Senior Managing Consultant, 1:1 People Manager, Managing Consultant, Director of Community Engagement, and Senior Consultant at Point B.

Before joining Point B, Dominic worked at Epic, where they held various roles including Software Application Leader, Implementation Team - Long Term Care and Software Implementation Project Manager - Clinical Applications. In these positions, they focused on process improvement, customer success, and application go-live planning and staffing. Dominic also worked as a Software Implementation Project Coordinator, providing day-to-day guidance and support for implementation teams.

Dominic's early work experience includes an internship at Nordstrom, where they worked as a Retail Sales Associate Intern in the Men's Clothing & Furnishings department. In this role, they provided a positive shopping experience for customers and assisted with inventory planning and staffing projections.

Dominic Balestrieri, MBA, PMP has an extensive education history. Dominic obtained their Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics and Management Information Systems from Gonzaga University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Dominic Balestrieri has obtained various certifications. Dominic became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in October 2016.
