Eric Gutierrez

Eric Gutierrez serves as Vice President of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Wellness at Point B since June 2024 and has been providing Total Rewards Consulting at Texture HR Consulting since January 2019. Prior roles include Global VP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing at NCR Corporation and Head of Total Rewards for the Americas at DXC Technology. At Novant Health, Eric led the Total Rewards team and employee experience design program. Earlier experience at Capital One involved leadership positions in Compensation & Benefits, including VP roles focusing on enterprise-level strategy and administration. Eric holds an MBA in Human Resources from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
