Kristi Novinger

Kristi Novinger began their career at Ammirati & Puris as a Media Planner, where they worked on advertising campaigns for clients such as BMW of North America and Four Seasons. Kristi then joined APL as a Customer Service Manager, leading a team that provided support to ocean shippers. Kristi later became a Senior Manager at APL, overseeing project managers and business analysts on global customer service, compliance, and logistical solutions. As a Senior Management Consultant at Point B, Kristi used their deep knowledge and experience in various industries to help clients solve business problems. Kristi then took on the role of Senior Account & Portfolio Leader at Point B, focusing on finding sustainable solutions for the healthcare industry. Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated leadership, expertise in project management, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

Kristi Novinger attended the University of Denver from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Later, in 2004 and 2005, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Project Management Certificate of Distinction.
