David Querusio

David Querusio has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of technology integration and management. David is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Point32Health, a leading not-for-profit health services company. In this role, they oversee all software and business solutions, including technology integration, architecture, AI/ML, and cloud. David also partners with senior executives to execute growth strategies and manage costs.

Prior to their current position, David served as the Board Chair for MASS. HEALTH DATA CONSORTIUM, INC and the New England Health Exchange Network (NEHEN). David also worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, holding the positions of Chief Technology Officer and Director of eBusiness Architecture. In these roles, they were responsible for driving technical advancements, managing software and business solutions, and contributing to strategic IT initiatives.

Additionally, David has served as a board member for Mass eHealth Collaborative and held leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Perot Systems Corporation. David'sexperience includes defining enterprise-wide IT strategies, managing teams, implementing agile project methodologies, and driving SOA initiatives.

Before entering the healthcare industry, David worked as a Senior Consultant at The Mesa Group.

David Querusio has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Additionally, in 1998, they attended the Harvard Extension School for Advanced Distributed Java Programming. David also holds the certification of Certified Health Insurance Executive (CHIE) from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), obtained in June 2014. David also has the certification of Certified Scrum Master, although the specific institution and date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
