Dawn Cardeiro

Dawn Cardeiro, MS has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Dawn is currently the Director of Precision Medicine at Point32Health, where they started in April 2022. Prior to this, Dawn worked at Foundation Medicine as the Director of Payer Market Access from June 2018 to April 2022. Dawn also served as the Director of Medical Affairs at Veracyte, Inc. from February 2017 to May 2018. Dawn has held positions at Courtagen Life Sciences, Inc. as the Director of Payer Relations from June 2016 to February 2017, and as the Sr. Clinical Liaison & Market Access Manager from October 2015 to May 2016. Dawn has also worked at Myriad Genetics as a Regional Account Manager, Managed Markets from November 2013 to October 2015, and as a Medical Policy Specialist from 2010 to October 2013. In addition, Dawn has experience as a Regional Medical Specialist at Myriad Genetics and held various positions at March of Dimes. Dawn has also worked as a Freelance Medical Writer at March of Dimes, Clinical Tools Inc., and Gale Group. Dawn began their career as a Genetic Counselor at Baystate Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital. Dawn also served as an Instructor in the Human Genetics Program at Sarah Lawrence College.

Dawn Cardeiro, MS completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry at Fairfield University from 1987 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human/Medical Genetics at Sarah Lawrence College from 1993 to 1995.
