Melissa Hinckley

Melissa Hinckley has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa is currently a Vice President at Point32Health, where they lead the Network Strategy & Operations department. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Network Strategy Integrity & Innovation at Point32Health.

Before joining Point32Health, Melissa worked at Mass General Brigham Health Plan as a Network Integrity & Innovation Program Director, Manager of Provider Network Operations, and Payment Integrity - SIU Team Lead. During their time at Mass General Brigham Health Plan, they focused on improving network processes and achieving operational efficiencies.

Melissa also worked at Neighborhood Health Plan, where they served as a Senior Provider Relations Manager. In this role, they managed key provider accounts, implemented new processes to modernize the provider network, and maintained a strong relationship with Partners Health Care, the corporate owner and largest delivery system in the network.

Earlier in their career, Melissa was a Network Operations Manager at Oscar Insurance, where they oversaw network partners and ancillary vendor contracts. Melissa also played a crucial role in expanding Oscar's presence into new markets and provided support to various teams within the company.

Melissa's work experience also includes a role as a Provider Relations Manager at Neighborhood Health Plan and positions at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as a New Business Sales Representative and in Member Services & Employer Services.

Melissa Hinckley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Bristol Community College. In December 2020, Melissa also received the Boston's Future Leaders Certification from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
