Monali Mathew's work experience includes various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Monali is currently the Vice President of Ops Business Improvement at Point32Health. Prior to that, they worked at Tufts Health Plan for nearly a decade, where they served as the Director of Enterprise Provider Performance Management, Program Director, and Director of Membership Operations. Monali also worked at Accretive Health as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations. Before that, Monali held positions at TRC Companies, Inc. as the Manager of Health Solutions, and at BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant. Monali began their career as an Administrative Fellow at St. Vincent's Medical Center NY.

Monali Mathew holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Finance and Management from New York University.
