Ryan Martinez

Ryan Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan is currently serving as the Head of Workplace Inclusion and Belonging at Point32Health since May 2022. Before this, they worked as a Style and Retail Blogger at In My Opinion NY since September 2012.

Ryan also held multiple roles at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, including Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from January 2021 to May 2022, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion LEAD from April 2020 to December 2020, and TA Specialist/Recruiter from June 2019 to April 2020. Ryan also worked as a Recruiter and DEI Specialist at Intercept Pharmaceutical from July 2019 to April 2020.

Ryan's previous experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from April 2018 to March 2019, an Event Planner-Development Coordinator at the Union of Concerned Scientists from May 2016 to April 2018, and a J.CREW very Personal Stylist at J.Crew from December 2015 to September 2017.

Ryan also worked as a Senior Stylist/Creative Consultant at Personnel of New York from May 2015 to December 2015, where they were responsible for assisting clients in selecting and understanding clothing choices. Moreover, Ryan served as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University from September 2011 to January 2015, and as an Assoc. Store Manager (uptown market trainer) at J.Crew from September 2010 to August 2012.

Ryan Martinez completed their high school education at Ft. Worth Academy of Fine Arts from 1999 to 2003. During their time at the academy, they focused on Voice, Dance, and Acting. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the New England Conservatory of Music from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Undergraduate Diploma in Vocal Performance.
