Andrei Goutnik

Andrei Goutnik has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology Operations. Andrei is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Operations at PointsBet since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Technology Systems & Operations at PointsBet from May 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining PointsBet, Andrei worked as the Technology Manager for Australia at The Body Shop from December 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of IT Manager at Godfreys from June 2018 to December 2018 and worked as the IT Infrastructure & Support Manager at the same company from August 2017 to June 2018.

Andrei also gained experience in the Australian Football League (AFL) where they served as a Senior System & Network Administrator from November 2016 to August 2017. Andrei began their career at SKIDATA Australasia as an Infrastructure Manager from June 2015 to November 2016.

Andrei's earlier work experience includes roles as a System & Network Engineer at Australian Amalgamated Terminals from July 2010 to May 2015, and as a Helpdesk Administrator at the same company from June 2008 to June 2010.

Andrei Goutnik has a Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science and Software Development) degree from RMIT University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Andrei also completed a Graduate Certificate of Information Systems (Majoring in Project Management) from Deakin University in 2013. In addition, they hold certifications including the ITIL 2011 Foundation Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco. Andrei is also a VMWare Certified Professional vSphere 4 (VCP-410) from VMware.
