Caroline COSSON is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations at Poiscaille since November 2021, overseeing manufacturing, order preparation, quality, maintenance, and transportation, while managing a team of 50 and participating in the executive committee. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at Danone, including Production Manager and Projects Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing product innovation projects and coordinating operations teams across multiple departments. Caroline began their career as a Quality Design Engineer and Project Engineer, contributing to quality assurance and R&D initiatives. Caroline holds a Food Industry Engineering degree from ONIRIS and a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from Université de Rennes I.
