Malgosia Bergamin CGMA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Malgosia started their career as a summer intern in the group accounting department at Wella AG in 2001. From 2002 to 2007, they participated in the finance graduate program at Syngenta Crop Protection, gaining experience in financial reporting, analysis, and controlling.

In 2007, Malgosia joined Sonova Holding as a Business Controller, where they served as a finance business partner, responsible for developing and presenting the original business plan. Malgosia also provided monthly sales and cost analysis, prepared budgets and estimates, and offered financial support to the global marketing function.

From 2012 to 2014, Malgosia worked at DKB Household Switzerland AG as a Team Leader Finance, managing month- and year-end closings, cash management, and planning for the Swiss entity and European subsidiaries. Malgosia also implemented SAP change requests and served as a SAP key user.

After that, Malgosia joined Bacardi Martini Schweiz AG as a Finance Manager Switzerland. In this role, they managed finance matters, served as company secretary, and prepared profitability analyses for distribution agreements.

From 2016 to 2022, Malgosia served as the Head of Finance at Dodax AG, reporting directly to the CEO. Their responsibilities included managing budget and forecasting processes, financial closings, payroll, VAT compliance, and collaborating on SAP change requests. Malgosia was also responsible for creating the company's three-year business plan.

Currently, Malgosia is the Head of Finance at Polar Electro Oy, where they oversee financial accounting operations, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and European VAT setup and reporting for web shops across multiple EU countries.

Malgosia Bergamin CGMA pursued their education at various esteemed institutions. From 1998 to 2004, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance & Banking. Following this, they enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2004 to 2007, completing their studies with an ACMA degree specializing in Management Accounting.
