Mikko Pelkonen

Mikko Pelkonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mikko started their career at Altim Control Oy in 1981 as a project engineer and eventually became the Division Manager for Export Projects. During their time there, they gained expertise in application software development, testing, and project management. From 1985 to 1987, they worked at the UK office, providing sales and technical support. In 1992, they joined Honeywell Process Solutions as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for developing systems and applications for the liquor process of pulp mills. Mikko supported sales and projects until 1995 when they moved on to join Polar Electro Oy as the Director of Customer Care. Most recently, Mikko Pelkonen retired in June 2019.

Mikko Pelkonen attended the College of Advanced Technologies Oulu from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Telecommunications.
