Michelle Robert

Michelle Robert has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at West Yavapai Guidance Clinic from January 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Billing from April 2018 to December 2019 and as the Billing Manager from February 2015 to April 2018. Michelle also worked as the Patient Accounts Supervisor from July 2011 to May 2015 and as an Insurance Billing Specialist from February 2007 to July 2011 at the same clinic. Before joining West Yavapai, they worked at United FamilyCare as a Capitation/Contract Analyst from April 2002 to October 2006, at FPMG of SB as a Health Plan Coordinator from July 2001 to April 2002, at KPC GlobalCare as a Shared Risk Analyst from May 1999 to July 2001, and at MedPartners/Pacific Physician Services as an HMO Recovery Supervisor from September 1991 to April 1999. Michelle has experience in various roles such as managing billing departments, overseeing billing functions, and conducting compliance audits.

Michelle Robert obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Josephs College of Maine in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University between 2006 and 2008.
