Falgun Dave

Falgun Dave possesses extensive experience in the field of electrical systems and controls engineering, currently serving as the ORV Electrical Systems Chief and Senior Staff Engineer at Polaris Inc. since April 2022, where responsibilities include defining roadmaps for critical electrical requirements and developing complex systems. Previously, Falgun Dave held positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, first as Supervisor for Transmission Controls Diagnostics and Safety, overseeing global automatic transmission applications, and then as a Transmissions Controls Engineer focused on powertrain controls for eight-speed transmissions. Early career experience includes serving as an E-Motor Hardware Engineer at Daimler Chrysler, where contributions were made to the development of electric motors for hybrid transmissions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Windsor.
