Jim Haymes is currently the Head of Client Service at Polen Capital. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Jim started their career in 1992 as an Institutional Trust Vice President and Relationship Manager at NationsBank. Jim then moved to Communities Foundation of Texas in 1996 as their Director of Investments. In 2000, they joined RogersCasey as their Director of Investment Consulting.

In 2005, Jim left RogersCasey to join INTECH Investment Management LLC as their Senior Managing Director of Consultant Relations. Jim remained with INTECH until 2013 when they joined Polen Capital.
