William Meller

William Meller has a diverse work experience, starting with the position of IT Analyst at Unisuper from June 2011 to February 2013. William then worked as an IT Analyst at Super Jean from March 2013 to February 2014. William joined TOTVS as an IT Support Analyst in March 2014 and later took on roles as a Scrum Master and PMO. William implemented Scrum as the development methodology for the dev team, leading to improved cycle time and facilitated agile events to create a culture of continuous improvement.

In 2016, William joined PMIRS as a Project Analyst, Content Coordinator, and later as Project Manager and Integration Director until December 2019. William then joined Dell Technologies as an IT Project Manager from July 2018 to December 2019, followed by the role of IT Portfolio Manager from September 2019 to October 2021.

William also worked as a Project Management Consultant/Senior Scrum Master at WirelessCar from September 2021 to May 2023. William joined Explipro Group AB as an IT Management Consultant in September 2021.

Currently, William is working at Polestar as an IT Rollout Manager & Digital Lead, responsible for coordinating the implementation of digital initiatives and cross-teams projects. William supports the complete online Order-to-Delivery (OtD) customer journey, driving progress and creating a better future at Polestar as an electric performance car brand.

Additionally, William has been involved with the Project Management Institute, serving as a member of the PMI Community Collaboration Council in 2023 and as part of the Next-Gen Global Insight Team from June 2018 to September 2021.

William Meller has a strong education background in business management and information technology. William obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT Management from Unisinos in 2018, and prior to that, they completed a Technical Course in Information Technology at Alcides Maya in 2014. In 2020, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from Unisinos. In addition to their degree programs, William has pursued several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. William has also participated in various executive education programs, such as Strategy Execution at Harvard Business School in 2021 and a Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management course at the University of Washington in 2018. Overall, William Meller has a diverse educational background with a focus on business management and IT.
