Joesa Lee Sook Fong

Joesa Lee Sook Fong has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joesa Lee started their career as an Online Editor at MITV Corporation Sdn Bhd in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Assistant Manager at E2 POWER Sdn Bhd, where they provided 24-hour customer service and handled service and sales inquiries.

In 2008, Joesa joined MUI Continental Insurance Berhad as a Senior Marketing Executive. Joesa Lee initially started as an operations support staff and gradually transitioned into a marketing role, where they assisted the Marketing Manager in servicing corporate accounts.

From 2012 to 2018, Joesa worked at AXA Affin Insurance as an Account Manager. Joesa Lee'sresponsibilities included supporting the Vice President in developing and servicing franchise and corporate accounts, handling inquiries from sales advisors and agents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure policy and claims processes were met.

In 2019, Joesa joined AIA Malaysia as the Director of Agency, a position they held until June 2022. Joesa Lee then briefly worked as a Financial Advisor Manager at MCIS Life from June to September 2022.

Currently, Joesa is an Account Manager at PolicyStreet, a role they assumed in February 2023.

Throughout their career, Joesa has gained experience in account management, marketing, customer service, and insurance industry operations.

Joesa Lee Sook Fong attended Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
